Train is a rock band made of three members; Pat Monohan, Scott Underwood,
and Jimmy Stafford.
Their albums have each made it to the peak of
Billboards
Top 200.
Pat Monohan and Rob Hotchkiss originally established their band in
San Fransisco, California in 1996. Through the years, the members of the band
have changed, left, and merged: However, Pat, Scott, and Jimmy, are definitely
the core and soul of Train. Their first hit singles"Meet Virginia" and "Drops of
Jupiter" allowed then to take the music business by storm. In their 13 years,
they have produced 5 band albums: all having singles that reached
Billboards
Top 100.
Since they have been together, they have sold over four million records,
and with their 2009 release of "Save me, San Fransisco", that number is still
climbing. Their current single "Hey, Soul Sister" is definitely taking it's rightful
place in the area of popular music.
